Drop-in Care Coordination

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1-3pm, Sadie (a CAPS Care Coordinator) will be at the LGBTQ+2S Resource Center to support you with:

  • Trans healthcare help (HRT referrals, surgery navigation, and any other resources)
  • Accessing queer and trans-affirming mental health services!!
  • Applying for Medicaid(AHCCCS) health insurance
  • Setting up appointments and making calls
