Status of Domestic Partner Benefits

The Division of Human Resources is committed to keeping the campus informed about the status of domestic partner benefits and all benefits related information.

Domestic Partner Tuition Reduction Program

The University of Arizona offers a Domestic Partner Tuition Program (DPTP) to qualified university employees who have domestic partners. Qualified employees are those faculty, administrators, and professional and classified staff whose employment is 50 percent time or greater for a period of at least six months. Legal dependents of eligible domestic partners also may participate in this program. Learn more from the Division of Human Resources.

Panels for Classes

The Office of LGBTQ Affairs coordinates presentations and panels for classes across the University of Arizona campus. To request a presentation or panel, please fill out the Safe Zone Panel Request Form.  Please place requests at least one month prior to the requested date. If you have questions, please contact the Coordinator for LGBTQ+ Affairs at or call (520) 626-9269.



OUTReach is an advocacy and networking organization for LGBT faculty, staff & graduate students at the University of Arizona. The goal of OUTReach is to achieve a campus climate which fosters the careers of LGBT faculty and academic professionals and the education of LGBT students. Has a listserv to facilitate communication among members.
